
The GPU is absolute new (no refurbish or used, absolute new), I just installed it yesterday and I still couldn't enjoy it properly. You can check my problem in the following video I've tried to change the power tunning to +50 and no luck too. When the system boot in the High Sierra 10.13.6, fans will stop spinning and after 5 minutes just one fan starts to spin and producing some weird annoying sizzling noises.

I've tried to lower graphical settings and the result is the same. I install new GPU Sapphire Radeon RX580 Pulse 8GB, I notice that GPU fans are not working properly.
